- The villa has two levels, with open-air living upstairs and both bedroom suites downstairs. Consider your group’s mobility needs before booking.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25. No pets, smoking, parties, or events.
- Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only; living and dining spaces are open-air. Insects and local wildlife may be encountered in this rainforest setting.
- Housekeeping staff are on-site Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–4 PM. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens.
