Before you book.
  • A 4×4 vehicle is required for the steep, unpaved access roads. The home is in the hills of Portalón, separate from Manuel Antonio.
  • The primary booking guest must be at least 25. No pets, smoking, parties, or events.
  • Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only; living areas and terraces are open-air. Stairs connect the upper-level primary suite.
  • Housekeeping is provided every other day. A caretaker lives in a separate on-site residence; exterior cameras monitor entry points and outdoor areas.
  • Review current rental terms, cancellation options, guest verification, and deposit requirements before confirming.
