  • Children under five are not permitted. The villa has multiple levels and open railings.
  • The primary booking guest must be at least 25. No pets, smoking, parties, or events.
  • The separate apartment is excluded from this configuration. Only one group rents the property at a time.
  • Housekeeping staff are on-site Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–4 PM. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens.
