Before you book.
  • The home spans two levels, with the kitchen and main living area upstairs. Consider your group’s mobility needs before booking.
  • The primary booking guest must be at least 25. No pets, smoking, parties, or events.
  • Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only; common areas are open-air. The villa borders a natural jungle environment, where insects and wildlife may be encountered.
  • Housekeeping is daily except Sundays for stays of four nights or more, and every other day for shorter stays. A security camera monitors the driveway and front entrance.
